Trace was so helpful in quoting and providing designs for our wedding bands. Trace is super personable and I really appreciated her communication throughout the process. We travelled from Geraldton and it was clear that she went above and beyond to make it work for us. The rings are beautiful and her team have done an amazing job. We can’t wait to wear them for the rest of our lives.

Tracy recently designed a pendant for me. The whole process from deciding what I wanted in the design, the excitement of going to choose the diamond , my pendant being handmade and in the end having a stunning piece of jewellery, which I love wearing, was such a pleasure. Having a mind that can't visualise too well, Tracy's input and artistic eye were invaluable. Tracy kept me up to date with the process throughout and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a one of a kind bespoke piece of jewellery.

A few months ago, I sadly lost the top setting of my ring that was set with diamonds and sapphires that belonged to my late mum. Needless to say, I was devastated. Tracy suggested to design a new ring for me using the remaining diamonds I still had left from my mum. I wanted something plain but still eye-catching (I do love a great bling!). Tracy knew exactly how to capture my mum’s memories in the new design. I ended up with a beautiful stunning emerald cut amatrine stone surrounded by all my mum’s diamonds. Tracy thank you for always designing with your heart! You have a beautiful soul and it always shines through your designs. I'm wearing this ring proudly every day, knowing my mum will always be close to me. Thank you again Tracy.

From start to finish, the experience was great, even though I was nervous and really unsure. Tracy listened well and was able to advise on the best possible outcome, which made it a lot easier for me. From choosing the diamond, the precious metal and even an engraving. Tracy worked her magic to make it a standout 1 of a kind engagement ring and then the wedding rings to match for both of us.

Tracy personally made the journey incredibly easier than I thought it would be. I gave her a budget and the type of diamond I was leaning towards and the rest was smooth sailing. The turn around from initially having a consult with Tracy to actually obtaining the ring, was incredible and I didn’t have to wait for a long duration at all. Tracy continued to update me on the ring status whilst it was being made. My favourite touch was the recommendation of something personal on the ring, after a chat we came to the idea of the birth stones and I can say that it is a massive talking point of the ring and really does add that special touch to it. I’ve said it multiple times, however I can’t say it enough, Tracy was amazing to deal with and when we look at wedding bands there is no doubt who we’ll be contacting to get them made.
